Login / Registration:

In order to login/register with MyCotra, user has to enter their phone number. They’ll receive OTP. Now based on the phone number check, MyCotra will push the user to onboarding screen if its new user, or log them in if they are returning user.

Mobikwik Wallet Integration:

MyCotra encourages user to do cashless transactions. For this, MyCotra uses Digital Wallet called Mobikwik. Every user has to integrate their Mobikwik wallet in order to create ride inside MyCotra system. This can be found under Profile > My Wallet > Link Wallet. When clicked on Link Wallet, user will be receiving OTP from Mobikwik which user has to enter and MyCotra will do background verification and link their wallet automatically.

Mobikwik will create new wallet on the flow while they are trying to integrate the wallet in case the phone number is not registered with Mobikwik before.

Ride Creation:

On the bottom navigation, clicking on the plus icon will reveal slider with Take Ride & Offer Ride option. User can slide either way to create ride. While creating a ride we’ll be collecting the following information

Source address
Destination address
Is it going to be repeat ride? If so, return source and destination address
Date and time (In case of repeat ride, get return date and time as well)
Select vehicle (Choose their vehicle in case of offer ride/ Choose which type of vehicle they wanted to travel in case its take ride)

Ride Details:

Once the ride is created, user can send/accept ride requests to/from other co-travelers under ride details screen. Basically ride details screen will have all ride related information.

Active Ride:

User can start their ride by clicking on Start Ride(only offerer) button. Once the ride is started, all the co-travelers will get notified that their ride is on their way. After reaching the pickup point, offerer will initiate pick up request. When seeker accepts the request, then drop button will be enabled for offerer. After reaching the drop point, offerer can drop the seeker. Once dropped, seeker will be getting pay screen where he/she has to pay for the completed ride.
